1. Rental Conditions
By booking a vehicle with PERFECT RENT CAR Premium, you agree to the following rental conditions:
- Renter must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license
- Valid Moroccan or international driver's license required at pickup
- Driving license must have been held for a minimum of 2 years
- A valid passport or national ID card must be presented at pickup
- All rental periods are calculated on a 24-hour basis from pickup time
- Late returns will incur additional hourly charges
2. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of booking or vehicle pickup:
- All prices are quoted in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD)
- We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards
- A security deposit is required at pickup (varies by vehicle)
- The deposit is fully refundable upon safe return of the vehicle
- No hidden fees — all charges are clearly stated at booking
- Cancellations made 24+ hours before pickup receive a full refund
- Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a one-day rental charge
3. Insurance and Liability
All rentals include basic third-party insurance. Additional coverage options:
- CDW (Collision Damage Waiver): Reduces your liability in case of vehicle damage
- Full Coverage: Zero excess in case of damage or theft
- Personal Accident Insurance: Covers medical expenses for driver and passengers
- The renter is liable for any damage not covered by insurance
- Damage caused by negligence, off-road driving, or traffic violations is not covered
- All incidents must be reported immediately to PERFECT RENT CAR and local police
4. Vehicle Usage
The rented vehicle must be used responsibly and in accordance with the following:
- Vehicles must not be driven under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Off-road or unpaved road driving is prohibited unless specifically authorized
- The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities
- Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited
- Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangement is made
- The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received
5. Mileage and Fuel
- Unlimited mileage is included in all rentals
- Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup
- A refueling surcharge applies if the vehicle is returned with less fuel
6. Delivery and Collection
- Vehicle delivery to hotels and airports is available upon request
- Delivery within the same city is free; inter-city delivery may incur a fee
- One-way rentals (different pickup/drop-off city) are available with prior arrangement
- Return locations and times must be agreed upon at booking
7. Breakdown and Assistance
- 24/7 roadside assistance is included with every rental
- In case of breakdown, contact our emergency line immediately
- A replacement vehicle will be provided as soon as possible
- Mechanical failures not caused by the renter are fully covered by PERFECT RENT CAR
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by Moroccan law and resolved through the courts of Fquih Ben Salah, Morocco. We encourage amicable resolution through direct contact before legal proceedings.

10. Modifications
PERFECT RENT CAR Premium reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
